Job Description:

As the Office Manager for our Baghdad office, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining our operations in this exciting new market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administration: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, and ensure a smooth workflow, Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met and prepeare the minuties of meeting.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage office budget, oversee financial transactions, and liaise with the finance department.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between executives and other team members, Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Documentation and Correspondence: Draft and proofread emails, letters, reports, and other documents for executives, Prepare and organize documents and presentations for meetings.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the office and between different departments.
  • Local Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for local stakeholders, including government bodies and suppliers.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in Turkish , English & Arabic (verbal and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in office management, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with the local business culture and regulations in Baghdad.
  • Flexible to travele for bussines trips.
