Job Description: Perform a variety of duties in the maintenance department receiving work orders
directly from the customer, entering work order information, dispatching maintenance workers, and
entering tracking information into computer system. Receives direction from the Property Manager.
Receives work and service orders over the counter and by telephone. Maintains the paper and
electronic logs. Prepares reports on work orders and area work orders as required. Dispatches
maintenance workers as required. Escorts vehicles and subcontracted vendors onto site from the IZ
gate as needed. Other duties as assigned.
