Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Technical Support: Provide efficient and effective technical support to all employees, addressing and resolving IT issues promptly.
- Security: Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard company data against threats and vulnerabilities.
- Updates and Upgrades: Manage system updates and software upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Training: Assist in training employees on IT systems and cybersecurity best practices.
- Project Management: Participate in IT projects, from planning through to implementation and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role or similar, demonstrating a broad understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Proficiency in managing servers, databases, and cloud computing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
