Job Description: Responsible for the offloading, movement, storage and relocating of various types of equipment, material and supplies throughout the project. Able to drive and/or operate various types of warehouse vehicles or equipment, including but not limited to flatbed trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks and other types of warehouse equipment. Assist with inventory of incoming shipments as well as with period inventories conducted. Unpack, repack, and reconfigure items for proper storage in the warehouse or other locations within the project. Responsible for issuing inventoried items by preparing hand receipts using an automated system. Position requires interpersonal skills relating to Contractor and the U.S. Government. Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and effectively communicate in English to positively reflect upon the department and the project.
Minimum Acceptable Experience Level: Two (2) years’ experience supporting warehouse operations.
